Thermal transfer vinyls

Films for thermal transfer printing on fabrics.
Plotter films for thermal transfer with a smooth and velvety surface. Applicable for transfer on fabrics, including
T-shirts, uniforms, sports and leather goods, as an additional fabric decoration or information carrier. Can be cut with the help of any known plotter (cutter standard 45). After plotter processing the film is transferable with the help of a heat press.

Poli-Task 850

Special application polyester film designed for thermo transfer of multicolor compositions. Acrylic glue layer does not leave any marks. This film is for frequent use.

Poli-Flex

water-tight fabrics are not applicable for thermal transfer.
Wash at up to 60C and dry clean. Thermal transfer printing is possible at a lower temperature with a prolonged pressing time.

POLI-FLEX PRINTABLE

Heat-sealable, printable Polyurethane film (transparent)
suitable for white textiles.
POLI-FLEX® 4625 is a two-layer transfer film being coated
with a hotmelt on the non-covered printable side. The upper
side of the film after the application process is based on a
transparent, UV-resistant polyurethane.
POLI-FLEX® 4625 is compatible with all current printers
using ECO-solvent and SOLVENT inks. The silicone paper
allows even filigree motifs to be cut by all current CAD/CAM
plotters after printing.

POLI-FLEX NYLON

Thermal transfer film with a special heat sealing adhesive for hydrophobic and nylon textiles. POLI-FLEX® NYLON gives due to the self-adhesive polyester film excellent cutting and weeding properties.
The ecologically inert polyurethane film has excellent washing and cleaning properties and is preferred due to a pleasant textile touch.
