Polycarbonate installation and maintenanse
Installation guidelines
- Note the thermal expansion of sheets when fixint it to sub-construction (~3 mm for every 1 m of length)
- Wall direction should match slope and should be vertical
- Bending direction should be in transverse section of walls
- Wash sheets with water and soft rag
- Do not clean with abrasives or sharp tools, as far as solvents of acids
- Close open walls with sealing and anti-dust tapes. U-profiles also should be used.
- To fix sheet to your construction, drill holes larger than screw diameter to provide thermal expansion. Screws should have a rubber band to protect cameras from moisture.
- Do mot place screws closer than 40mm to sheet edges.
